Ingredients

    * 3 Garlic cloves, minced
    * 1 medium onion, chopped
    * 1 bell pepper, chopped
    * 3 large carrots, chopped
    * 1 cup of broccoli (about 1 head), chopped
    * 1/2 cup of snow peas
    * 4 tbsp Kikkoman Stir-fry Sauce
    * 3 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

* Heat oil in pan
* Add all ingredients and stir fry until vegetables begin to soften
* Serve over rice or noodles

* Can substitute another stir-fry sauce or soy sauce
*Some fried tofu is great in this
