    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Beans, black, 2 cup
    Yellow Sweet Corn, 1 can
    Black Olives, 2.5 oz can, sliced
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Yellow Cornmeal, 1.5 cup
    Water, tap, 2 1/2 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Green Chilis, 1 7 oz can
    Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz shredded
    Tostitos Mild Salsa, 16 oz jar
    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can


Prehead oven to 350 degrees
Combine green chilies, salt, water & cornmeal in a medium saucepan. Stir constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Spray a 13x9 oven safe pan. Spread the cornmeal mixture onto the the bottom and sides. Bake for 45 minutes. While the crust is baking, spray a saute' pan with Pam and saute' the onions. Add the jar of salsa and chicken. Poach the chicken until done. Remove chicken from pan and let cool. Slice, then shred the chicken and place back into the pan. Add the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) to the pan and mix well. Pour the filling into the crust, sprinkle cheese over top, and bake again for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and cut into 8 squares.
