    1 cup oateal
    1/4 cup raisins
    1 oz. craisins
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 cup 2% milk


In a container that has a lid, mix oatmeal, raisins, craisins and almonds. Add 1 cup milk or enough to cover mixture. Cover and regrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add a little milk to moisten more. May eat as is or add Splends, honey, other sweetener or even add fresh fruit.

May keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
