Ingredients

    1# Turkey sausage, drained
    10z Frozen Spinach, thawed-drained
    6 Strips Turkey Bacon
    1/4C Onion, fine chopped
    1/4C Mushrooms, fresh or canned, chopped
    8oz Shredded Lite Cheese, your choice
    10 Eggs - you can substiture egg beaters, stats = w/ eggs
    3/4C 2% Milk
    1 1/2t Chili Powder
    1t Garlic Powder
    1t Pepper
    1/4t Salt

Directions

Spoon cooked Sausage into greased 13x9 baking dish. Layer with Spinach, Bacon, Onion, Mushroom and cheese. Beat Eggs, Milk and Saeaonings. Pour over top.
Bake 375 30-35 minutes til knofe inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
