    4 Bell Peppers, 1 pound lean ground beef, 1 large can tomato sauce, 1 cup uncooked minute rice, dash of tobasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste


brown hamburger and drain. Add uncooked minute rice and tomato sauce and stir. Bring to a boil. While that's cooking, cut the tops off of the peppers and make the bottoms flat so they'll stand up. Fill peppers with hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. To make sure the peppers don't dry out, add half a cup to 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan before putting it in the oven. Enjoy!
