    3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (halved)
    1 packet of Lipton Onion Soup Mix Dry
    1 14 oz Can of Apricots in Lite Syrup
    1/4 cup of Sour Cream Reduced Fat


Preheat oven to 350, put the chicken in a glass baking dish and mix the Apricot Nectar with the Onion soup mix until blended well. Pour over the chicken, bake covered for 50 minutes, then remove from oven and place the Apricot halves on top of the chicken and return to the oven uncovered and bake for 10 more minutes. Pour off liquid. Stir sour cream into liquid just before serving.
