Ingredients

    2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    3 tbsp lemon juice
    3 tbsp brown mustard
    1 tbsp dried basil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    salt to taste
    white pepper
    1 pound fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined (about 60 medium-large shrimp)

Directions

Mix all ingredients (except shrimp) in bowl.
Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat grilled to high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread onto skewers. Discard marinade.
Lightly oil grill grate and arrange skewers on preheated grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes, turning once, or until opaque.

    Very Good
    I made this tonight. Good recipe, though I'll use a little less mustard next time. Also used fresh basil instead of dried. - 8/26/10
