Introduction

These burgers are easy to make and take almost no time to cook. They can be made lower in calories if you have low cal BBQ sauce. The egg can be ommitted if needed however another Tbsp of mustard should be used in its place to bind the ingrediants together. Serve with Steamed Vegtable for a satisfying mid week meal. Ingredients

    -1pound lean ground turkey
    -1 large Egg
    -1/3 cup dried plain bread crumbs
    -1 to 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce (reduced calories if you have it)
    -2 Tbsp mined Onion
    -1Tsp grainy dijon mustard
    -1Tbsp dried Parsley

Directions

This recipie will make 4-5 burgers depending on how large you like them.

Combine all ingrediants in a large bowl, using your hands mix together until well combined. the texture should be wet, but if you roll a ball it should hold its shape.

Separate meat into equal parts and roll into ball, then pat ball into patty.

Chill patties in fridge for approx 10 min.

Cook patties on BBQ or on indoor grill on med heat for about 5-6 min per side.

Burgers can be made in advance and kept in fridge for 24 hours. Or frozen after cooked for about 1 month.
