    Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    1 lb Jennie-O Taco Seasoned Lean Ground Turkey
    1 can Diced Tomatoes with Zesty Mild Green Chiles
    1 can Pinto Beans, rinsed
    1 can Kidney Beans, rinsed
    1 can Whole Kernel Corn
    2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

    To taste:


Saute the zucchini, onions, and herbs in butter until zucchini is tender and onions are browned, then pour into a large pot. Brown turkey meat, drain, then add it to the pot. Add remaining canned ingredients, with liquid, and simmer 10-15 minutes. Garnish with cheese or sour cream, if desired.
