Ingredients

    1 lb lean beef (93/7), seasoned & browned (ground turkey also works great)
    1/2 box wheat penne pasta, cooked according to directions
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
    2-3 c. Prego sauce
    4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
    seasonings to taste
    options- mushrooms, black olives, spinach

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except two cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. Fill a 9x13 pan and top with remaining mozzarella. Bake 20-25 minutes until heated through and top cheeses melt. Serves approx. 15.
