    *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cups (fresh ground if possible)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp
    Cream Of Tartar, 0.5 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, .5 cup
    Milk, 1%, 1 cup


mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cream of tartar and salt in bowl. stir in melted butter and milk just till moistened. drop batter on lightly gread cookie sheet. bake 10-12minutes. Makes 12 biscuits. You can make them smaller and make 24 bisuits, ajust cooking time for smaller biscuits.
