Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb lean gropund beef
    1 medium onion
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can of corn
    1 can of tomato sauce
    1 can of diced tomatos
    1 can of diced green chilies
    2 Tbsp of chili powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash of garlic powder

Directions

In a dutch oven or big stock pot brown hamburger and onions. (can add green pepper too but not in calculations) When no longer pink, drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 12-15 min. Serves about 8 people.
