Ingredients

    Pork Roast (1 lb, raw)
    Taco Seasoning (1 packet)
    Water (2 cups)
    Corn Tortillas (10, taco size)
    Iceberg Lettuce (1 cup, chopped or shredded)
    Red Tomato (1 cup, chopped or diced)

Directions

Crockpot Pork:
* Mix taco seasoning with water in crockpot
* Add pork roast to crockpot, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 5 hours
Tacos:
* When pork is cooked throroughly, remove from crockpot and place on large plate - shred pork
* Assemble tacos and Enjoy!
