Ingredients

    3 C. Cabbage, shredded or sliced thin
    1 Zucchini, sliced thin and chopped
    1.5 carrots, shredded
    2 Chicken breast halves, cooked
    1 C. Cilantro, chopped

Directions

Chop or shred Cabbage, Cilantro, Zucchini, and Carrots, and add to a bowl. Chop chicken (I cook mine in a soy marinade), and add to salad. Toss. Eat with your favorite asian dressing.
