    1 whole chicken
    1 onion, chopped
    1-2 C of whole baby carrots
    4 potatoes, cut into chunks
    8 oz sliced mushrooms
    5 cloves of garlic
    1/2 package dry Ranch dressing


Clean chicken. Place garlic cloves inside chicken.

Place all vegetables in a baking pan and sprinkle with 1/2 package of ranch dressing. Place chicken on top.

Bake for 35-45 minutes on 350.

4 oz of meat and 1 C veggies = 1 serving
