    3 cups Brown rice
    1 cup carrots
    1 cup broccoli
    1 cup onion
    1/2 cup mushrooms
    1 tbsp chopped shallot
    3 gloves garlic chopped
    4 oz chicken breast chunked
    1 cup soy sauce
    2 tbsp EVOO
    .5 tsp Sesame oil
    2 tsp salt
    2 tsp pepper
    2 tsp five spice
    .25 cup sesame seeds
    1 cup soy sauce


Cook Brown rice according to cooking directions. While cooking brown rice chop all veggies. In Wok heat EVOO and Sesame oil till hot. Drop in chicken and cook until no pink is left. Drop in veggies and cook until tender. Add rice and spices. Cook until heated through and some rice is browned. Add Soy sauce. Let simmer for 3 min stir and serve.
