Introduction

This is heaven!!! This is heaven!!!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 medium - Sliced
    Egg, fresh, 1 large egg beaten
    Brown Sugar, 2 tsp unpacked
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 2 slice

Directions

1. Grease and heat frying pan.

2. Make basic French bread by dredging the toast in eggs and placing on hot pan.

3. On side of bread facing up sprinkle with brown sugar

4. Meanwhile, slice the banana and place on griddle to cook.

5. When first side of toast is donecooking, bread and on now cooked side of the toast, sprinkle cinnamon.

6. Once toast has finished cooking, remove from heat and put bananas in between slices (on the cinnamon side).

7. Enjoy! Makes 1 Sandwich, 1 Serving
