Introduction

I think I will add tomato next time. I actually made four, but I cut all ingredients in four for the recipe. No cold will be able to stand up to these. Lowfat and plenty of protein, but way too much sodium. I didn't notice the sodium in Trader Joe's pizza dough. I think I will add tomato next time. Ingredients

    4oz Trader Joe's Wheat Pizza Dough
    35 g (1/4 med) zucchini chopped
    4 g/2 slices finely chopped jalapeno
    12 g/1 Tbsp chopped red bell pepper
    5g/1 Tbsp finely chopped ginger root
    1 sm green onion chopped
    3 g/1-2 Tbsp chopped parsley
    14 g/.5 oz fat free crumbled feta
    14 g/.5 oz shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese
    1/4 tsp garlic powder (ran out of time or I would have used fresh)
    1/4 tsp oregano (dry)
    3 g/.5 Tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

1 nice size calzone. I baked in convection oven at 425 for 16 mins. Next time I will back at 400 for 15 mins or 425 in reg oven. The crust was pretty crunchy. I guess this was my trial recipe. I will make some changes next time...starting with making my own dough!
