    2 cups Okra sliced
    1 lg tomato cut in chunks
    2 cups Chicken Broth ( fat free)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cover Okra and tomato's with chicken broth, boil on low med heat about 30 to 45 minutes with top on boiler. Cook till okra is tender
