    Splenda Baking Granules, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Fat Free Sour Cream, 3 tbsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Flour, white, 1.75 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp


Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a mixer. Pour into 6 greased large muffin tins. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Chocolate chips or walnuts are great things to add!
