    * Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    * White Rice, long grain, 3 cup (remove)
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 14 ounces (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium (remove)
    * Broccoli, frozen, .75 package (10 oz) (remove)
    * Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) (remove)
    * Sage, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Poultry seasoning, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Best Choice 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom, 2.5 serving (remove)


cook chicken and veggies and rice, saute onions and garlic, combine whole mess and rest of ingredients in casserole dish then bake about 25 minutes. As of now I haven't made it yet, I just thought that sounded good. Will update amounts and directions later after I make it.
