    20 oz ground turkey
    8 oz lasagna noodles-whole wheat
    16oz spinach-frozen
    1/4 C onion
    16oz ricotta cheese low fat
    1 egg
    1/4 C grated parmesan
    1 Tbs basil
    14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
    15oz can tomato sauce
    1 Tbs Italian Seasoning


Cook noodles and set aside. Mix egg, ricotta cheese, and parm cheese. Mix well and set side.
Brown turkey add onion, seasoning and garlic. When brown add spinach and tomatoes. Add basil and simmer 10 minutes.
In baking pan put a little sauce in bottom of pan then add noodles, sauce, 1/4 of cheese mixture, and top with mozz cheese. Repeat layering.
Bake for 45 mins at 450.
