    1.5 lbs cut up stew meat
    1 packet lipton onion soup mix
    1 can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
    1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom
    8 oz. reduced fat sour cream
    whole wheat egg noodles


Mix stew meat, onion soup mix, and canned soup in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 250 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Add sour cream and bake for an additional 1/2 hour. Cook pasta according to directions. Serve meat over hot egg noodles.
