Ingredients

    2 cubes of fresh hummus
    2 slices whole grain bread (~160 kcal)
    1/2 cup arugula
    2 slices turkey breast meat

Directions

Toast bread, spread hummus evenly on each slice. Cover one slice with arugula, other with turkey breast. Combine, wrap in paper towel, then aluminum foil, throw into a container and chill until ready.
