Ingredients

    1 medium mango, peeled, cored and diced
    1 c pineapple, diced
    1/2 c red onion, chopped
    2 tbsp scallions, chopped
    1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
    1 tsp honey

Directions

Chop, mix and refridgerate for an hour before serving
