    6 chicken breasts
    1.5 tsp. curry powder
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1 4oz. can sliced mushrooms (reserve juice)
    Mix juice with 1 Tblsp. Cornstarch
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    32 oz. crushed tomato
    1/4 cup golden raisins


Layer all ingredients in listed order (do not mix).
Cook on Low for 6 hours.
Serve over rice.
