    * Deli Ham, 2 oz or about 5 pieces
    * Fresh Chives, 5 tbsp chopped
    * Garlic, 5 clove chopped up
    * Celery, cooked, 9 stalks
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips


Take a frying pan and place it on a burner with medium-high heat. Add a little Pam oil spray (mine was the generic kind with 0 calories)
add garlic and let sizzle for a few minutes
add ham
add in vegetables

cooks in 15 minutes, depending on how crunchy you like the vegetables.
