Ingredients



    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removed
    * Lemon Juice, .25 cup
    * Flour, white, .125 cup
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * Brown Sugar, 1.5 tsp packed
    * Chicken Broth, 1 fl oz
    * Lemon Extract, .125 tsp

Directions

1. Marinate chicken in lemon juice overnight.
2. Drain chicken & pat dry. Place flour, salt & Pepper, paprika in bag and shake chicken to coat.
3. Preheat oven to 350F
4. Heat oil in fry pan. Fry chicken until brown & crisp (10 min)
5. Arrange in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with lemon zest & brown sugar. Mix chicken broth & lemon extract, pour around chicken piece(s). Set a thin lemon slice on each piece.
6. Bake chicken for 35 to 40 min., or until tender.
