Introduction

Ingredients

    6 carrots (medium)
    1 cup of brown sugar - packed
    1 can of diet coca-cola
    1 cup Bisquick (could need more for consistency achievement)
    3 T of pumpkin pie spice

Directions

Shred the carrots using a potato peeler. Line the bottom of a pie tin witht he carrot shavings, add Bisquick, sugar and spices. Knead slowly with hands, adding a small amount of the cola. Continue to knead and add cola until batter is the consistency of fresh play-doh (may have to use more bisquick). Adjust sugar and spcies to taste. Bake at 400 for 15-22 minutes. Remove from oven.
