    Round Steak (the best is the tenderized)
    2 Fresh tomatoes or 1 can of seasoned tomatoes (such as onion and garlic)
    1 small can of mushrooms
    season steak with salt and pepper (optional)
    If using fresh tomatoes:


This can be made in a crockpot, on top of the stove, or baked (this is how I usually make it.) If you are baking. You can back at about 375. Sometimes I also will place it in foil packet to help hold in the flavors/juices. Place steak in the oven, cook for about 15-20 minutes or until it starts to brown. Remove and put in tomatoes and mushrooms and finish baking (it best if you keep the juice from the tomatoes).Remove when the tomatoes looked cooked. (I find it usually is only about another 10 minutes,) If you use tenderized steak it cooks faster.
