Ingredients

    Slice red bell pepper - Medium
    Slice onion - Medium
    Slice mushroom - 1 cup
    Galic - 3 cloves
    Basil - 1 Tablespoon
    Oregano - 2 Teaspoon
    Tomato sauce - 1 1/3 cup
    Half and Half - 1/2 cup
    Turkey Sausage - 4 links
    Penne pasta - 2 cups

Directions

Saute pepper, onion, mushroom and garlic in 1/4 cup of water. Saute until done. Add tomato sauce, basil, oregano. Add 1/2 of water, Add turkey sausage let cook until sausage and the pasta is ready to add. Meanwhile bring water to boil or pasta, cook pasta until done. Turn stove off when all is ready and stir in half and half at end. Add pasta and serve. Makes 4 servings
