    3 cups cooked skinless chicken breast, shredded
    3 tablespoons dried cranberries
    3 tablespoons toasted almonds, slices
    1 cup apple with peel, chopped
    1/4 cup fat-free plain greek yogurt
    1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
    1 tablespoon honey mustard
    1 teaspoon ground curry


Add chicken, cranberries, nuts, and chopped apple to a large mixing bowl and toss together. In another bowl, whisk together yogurt, sour cream, honey mustard, and curry until blended and smooth. Spoon dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to blend.

Serve on whole wheat bread, in a pita, wrap, or simply on top of greens.
