Introduction

A quick stir fry or great for slow cooker too! A quick stir fry or great for slow cooker too!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Liver (500Gr)
    1 can Lentils
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 Colliflower
    1 onion
    1 box liver surry mix shan
    1 tbs olive oil
    1 red pepper

Tips

If too spicy, add a little bit of non fat sour cream (not included in calculation!)


Directions

Cut liver in stips; dice the onion and the pepper. Stir fry everything, starting with liver, then add onion and pepper... keep lentil for last... and serve hot.

For slow cooker. Lightly Stir fry the liver and onion only. Put all the ingredients into the crockpot and slow cook for 6 hours at low intensity.
