Ingredients

    # 3 tablespoons olive oil
    # 1/2 tablespoon garlic, chopped
    # 1 tablespoon tomato paste
    # 1/2 tablespoon spanish paprika
    # 1/8 cup hot banana pepper (the ones that come in the jar)
    # 1 1/2 cups parboiled rice
    # 3 cups boiling water
    # 1/2 teaspoon salt
    # 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

# 1 Add oil and garlic to large skillet over med heat.
# 2 Cook until garlic soft.
# 3 Add tomato paste. Cook for about 3 minutes.
# 4 Add paprika, salt, pepper, hot peppers and rice.
# 5 Cook for about 5 minutes until rice becomes translucent.
# 6 Add boiling water and stir for a few minutes.
# 7 Transfer skillet to over for about 30 minutes until rice is cooked.
