    Flat Out Wrap, Light, Original CarbDown, 1 serving (remove)
    Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .25 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp (remove)


pre cook wrap in toaster oven or oven at 350 till it starts to become crisp. roast red pepper and chop. chop onion and slice tomato and mushrooms.
Take wrap from oven and switch to broil. Put bbq sauce and tomatoes on, then other topping except cheese. Broil a few minutes till veggies are as you like them. Toss on cheese and put back in just to melt.
Cool and eat.
