Ingredients

    Quinoa 0.5 cup
    Egg Beaters 0.65 cup (2/3 cup)
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 4 oz
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 tsp
    Chopped Dates, 0.25 cup
    Walnuts, 10 grams
    Pure Agave, 21 gram(s)
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup

Directions

Cook quinoa in water as directed. Let Cool slightly. Mix all other ingredients together while quinoa is cooking. Once cooled, add ingredients to quinoa. Put in ovenproof dish (or 4 individual ramekins). Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. (If desired, can sprinkle some low-fat graham cracker crumbs on top to garnish).
