    Sugar, 1 1/3 c + 1 tbsp for each pound of peaches


Peel your peaches and puree them in food processor. Pour puree into saucepan and add 1/3 cup sugar and 1tbsp for every pound of peaches. Cook over low-medium heat until puree has cooked down and a reddish-brown color (will vary based on ripeness of peaches).
