    1 tablespoon butter
    Fresh Lemon Juice
    1/3 Cup White Wine


Melt your butter and season to taste with salt and pepper
Add your freshly squeezed lemon juice along with your white wine
Bring to just a boil and remove from heat.
This is a light sauce and should be kept that way!
