    3 to 3-1/2 cups Bread Flour, divided
    1 tsp Sugar
    1 packet of Yeast
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 cup Warm Water
    2 tbsp Olive Oil


Pour Olive Oil into Warm Water and let stand while you place 1-1/2 cups Flour in a stand mixer or food processor. Add Sugar & Yeast to Flour and combine. Next, as you stir the Flour mixture, add the Water/Oil mixture. Slowly add remaining flour, about 1/2 cup at a time until you cannot add any more flour. Add salt during this time, too. Once dough has been kneaded and forms a ball, place in bowl sprayed with Pam. Cover and let rise about 1hr. Punch down and line 2 pizza stones with the dough. Par-Bake for about 5-10 min before topping and baking another 10-15 min.
Yield: 2- 13" pizzas
