    Bulgur, dry, 1 cup
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup
    Almonds, .25 cup, slivered
    Onion, .5 cup, chopped
    Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 1 tbs


Heat olive oil in medium saucepan; add onion and saute until translucent. Add almonds to toast. Once they've toasted a few minutes, add the bulgur to toast, then add liquid per package directions; cook according to package. Add cranberries when done cooking, fluff and enjoy! Can add salt and pepper to taste :)
