    tomatoes 2 large
    eggs 2 large
    butter 1 stick
    cracker crumbs 1 sleeve of saltine crackers


Dip sliced tomates into the beaten eggs then dip tomatoes into the cracker cumbs to coat and then pan fry them in a skillet with butter. Makes 2 servings of 3-4 slices each.
