Introduction

This is made from fresh veggies out of my garden. This is made from fresh veggies out of my garden.
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    14 quarts of tomatoes quartered
    7 large onions
    3 stalks celery
    1 bay leaf
    16 tbsp butter
    16 tbsp flour
    8 tbsp sugar
    3 tbsp salt
    3 tsp black pepper
    1 oz parsley flakes

Directions

cook vegetables until tender. run through victorio. add spices. in separate pan, melt butter and add flour. add enough juice slowly until completely disolved. add all to juice and cook until just boiling. put into quart jars and process 10 mins, 5 lbs of pressure. great in winter with a grilled cheese sandwich! each serving is approximately 3/4 cup.
