    6 peaches
    1 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup raspberries

    1 cup unbleached flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup rice flour
    2 t brown sugar
    2 t baking powder
    1/2 cup apple sauce
    1/4 cup 1% cottage cheese
    1/2 cup skim milk


Cut peaches into small bites and fill 9x12 pan with fruit.

Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder. Pour applesauce and cottage cheese over top and mix with a pastry blender or two knifes until mixture is small crumbles. Then, add just enough milk to moisten mixture into a dough. Drop large spoonfuls over fruit and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until crust is golden.
