Ingredients



    * Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 head, medium (6" dia)
    * *Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp
    * Sour Cream, reduced fat, .5 cup
    * Pepper, black, 2 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    * *Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 9 tsp
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large whole (3" dia)
    * Cucumber (peeled), 1 small (6-3/8" long)
    * Bagel Crisps - NY Style - 6 crisps 1 svg, 1 serving

    Cut head of lettuce up into bowl, add tomatoe cut into pieces, peel and slice the cucumber, break 6 bagel crisps (which is 1 svg) into the salad. Set aside.

    Mix the mayo, fat free sour cream, olive oil, vinegar, splenda, pepper, olive oil. Mix well, pour 1/2 of it over the salad, mix well, and ready to eat or put in frig until ready to eat. Other 1/2 of mixture, peel cucumber (2) and slice into left over sauce and cover, put in frig. May slice onion too and put into mixture.
