    Mix together 1 pkg of frozen O'brien potatoes (thawed)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken (or cream of celery) soup
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
    3/4 cup French Fried Onions (optional)

    Spread potatoe mixture in baking pan and lay meat of choice (pork chops or chicken breast) on top of the potatoes and bake uncovered at 350 for an hour or until meat is cooked through.
