This is a twist on someone else's recipe. I had to put a Gluten Free twist on it. This is a twist on someone else's recipe. I had to put a Gluten Free twist on it.
Number of Servings: 6


    4 cups water
    3/4 cup dry lentils
    3/4 cup dry quinoa
    3/4 cup dry brown medium grain rice
    *2 (Edward & Sons) Natural Beef flavored Bouillon Cubes
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Light Extra Virgin Olive Oil


In a 2-quart saucepan bring the water to a boil. As the water is heating, add all the ingredients to the saucepan and stir well. Bring the pot to a rolling boil. Reduce heat to low. Place a lid on the pot and allow the mix to simmer for about 45-50 minutes. The water will be absorbed
