    5 cups Rhubarb: wash and cut up into 1" pieces

    3 cups of sugar (or less to taste)

    1 3oz pk of Strawberry Jello


Simmer first two ingredients on stove for at least twenty minutes (or until the rhubarb breaks down).

Add jello.

Mix well and put in containers
