Introduction

Makes a really sweet, yummy smoothie with the bang of nutrients your body needs. Makes a really sweet, yummy smoothie with the bang of nutrients your body needs.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh baby spinach
    1 cup fresh frozen strawberries
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 of a large to medium banana
    1/2 (3 oz). of your favorite yoplait light yogurt.

    I used strawberry banana yogurt, you can use which one you prefer!

    Smoothie is delicious! Cannot even taste the spinach.

Directions

Add water and spinach to blender, blend well before adding the rest of ingredients. You can use fresh fruits instead of frozen, but I like how cold they make the smoothie.
