    White Corn Meal, 1 cup
    Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Applesauce, unsweetened
    Splenda, 6 tsp


In a bowl, combine the flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt and splenda. In another bowl, combine egg whites, milk and applesauce. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Pour into a 9 inch square baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
