    1 medium pizza crust ready made
    1 cup of onions
    1 cup of peppers
    5 basil leaves
    1 7 oz bag of veggie shreds (soycheese) mozzarella flavor
    1 cup spaghetti sauce


sautee peppers and onions together. Spray pizza crust with spray pan olive oil. Preheat oven to 425. Put sauce, peppers, and onions on the pizza. Cover with soy cheese. Top with basil. Put in oven for ten to fifteen minutes. Enjoy.
You can vary this recipe with out adding calories with tomatoes and mushrooms. Makes 1 medium pizza with 12 servings
